100 % Grenache gris. Vineyard planted in 1959 in calcareous-clay soil, facing north. |
Wine-making:
Picked by hand. Pre-fermentation maceration. cooled to 7 degrees. Racking after 48 hours and stored in oak vats for 6 months. |
Tasting:
- Appearance : pale.
- Nose : complex notes of grenache mingles with hints of toast and vanilla, well-integrated tannins.
- Palate : well-rounded and generous, a little point of freshness comes through at the finish. |
