Symphonie - Côtes du Roussillon Red

Grape varieties:
50 % Old Carignan planted in 1905 in rocky schistose soil, at a height of 200 metres, facing north.
25 % Syrah planted in 1999 in schistose soil, facing south.
25 % Grenache noir planted in 1987 in gneiss soil, facing south. |
Wine-making:
Picked by hand. Traditonal maceration for 2 weeks, then gentle pressing. Fermentation in vats. |
Tasting:
- Appearance : deep ruby-red colour.
- Nose : intense, red and black berries.
- Palate : ample and full-bodied, aromatic. |

Serve between 14° and 16° C. |
