Wine-making: Picking by hand. Traditional maceration for two weeks, then gentle pressing. Fermentation in vats for six month, then six month stored in oak vats (5 Hl of 3 wines). |
Tasting: Appearance : deep red colour.
Nose : complex notes of ripe fruits, spices, toast and vanilla. |
